ArtWire is committed to protecting your personal data. Under the UK GDPR and EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your data. We aim to respond to all data requests within 1 business day.

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This includes your profile information, press releases, campaigns, media lists, and any other content you have created.
Go to Settings → Export Data to download your data as a JSON file instantly.

If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. You can update most information directly in your account settings.
Go to Settings → Profile to update your information.

You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. This includes your profile, press releases, campaigns, media lists, press kits, file transfers, and any other content. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically.
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.

You can export all of your data in a machine-readable format (JSON). This allows you to transfer your data to another service if you choose to leave ArtWire.
Go to Settings → Export Data to download everything in one click.

You can object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes, including marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Where we process your data based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Legal basis: We process your data based on contractual necessity (to provide the service), legitimate interest (to improve the platform), and consent (for marketing communications).
Data storage: Your data is stored securely on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure in the EU region. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Data retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-party processors: We use carefully selected providers for cloud database hosting, AI generation, email delivery, and payment processing. Each operates under their own GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
