By accessing or using ArtWire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We recommend reading these terms carefully before creating an account.

ArtWire is an AI-powered public relations platform designed for artists, galleries, and PR agencies in the art world. The platform provides tools for creating press releases, managing media outreach, tracking coverage, and monitoring brand presence. Features vary by subscription plan.

To use ArtWire you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may use ArtWire only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or use the platform for mass cold outreach unrelated to legitimate art PR.
• Upload or generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person, gallery, institution, or organisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from ArtWire using automated means without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access systems you are not authorised to use.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your content: You retain full ownership of the press releases, campaigns, and other content you create using ArtWire. You grant ArtWire a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

Our platform: ArtWire and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by ArtWire and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

ArtWire is available on monthly and annual subscription plans, billed via our PCI-compliant payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

ArtWire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtWire is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Media coverage outcomes — we help you reach journalists, but cannot guarantee publication.
• Failures or outages of third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, AI providers, email delivery, payment processing).
• Loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ArtWire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ArtWire will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
