What is ArtWire and who is it for?
ArtWire is an AI-powered PR platform built specifically for the art world. It helps artists, galleries, and PR agencies write professional press releases, reach the right journalists, and track media coverage. All from one place.
How does the AI press release writer work?
You choose a category (exhibition opening, art fair, award, etc.), fill in the key details, and the AI generates a full press release in the tone and style of professional art world communications. You can edit it freely before sending.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your press releases, contacts, and campaign data are private to your account. We never share or sell your data. See our privacy policy for full details.
Using ArtWire
How many press releases can I create on the free plan?
The free plan includes 5 press releases and 10 AI generations per month. Pro gives you unlimited releases, and Agency gives you unlimited everything plus white-label and team features.
How do I send a press release to journalists?
Once you've written a press release, click 'Send to Journalists' to create a campaign. You can send to our 6,000+ platform contacts or your own media lists. The AI writes a personalised pitch for each journalist automatically.
What are media lists?
Media lists are curated groups of journalists for targeted outreach. For example: 'London Gallery Editors' or 'Contemporary Art Critics'. Build them from our contact database or add your own private contacts.
How does coverage monitoring work?
On Pro and Agency plans, ArtWire scans RSS feeds, Google Alerts, and web sources for mentions of your name, gallery, or artists. New mentions appear in your monitoring dashboard with sentiment analysis.
Billing & Account
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes, new subscribers get a 3-day free trial of Pro when they upgrade. No credit card is required to start on the free plan.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Manage Subscription'. This opens the secure customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
