We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use ArtWire:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Content you create — press releases, campaigns, media lists, and other material you generate using the platform.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app, collected to help us improve the service.
• Payment information — billing is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store card details on our servers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve ArtWire.
• Send transactional emails such as campaign delivery confirmations and account notifications.
• Understand how the platform is used and identify areas for improvement.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure in the EU region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS. Access tokens for connected social media accounts are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.

ArtWire integrates with carefully selected third-party services to deliver its functionality:

• Cloud infrastructure — database and authentication services hosted in the EU region.
• AI providers — power press release generation and pitch writing. Content you submit for AI generation is not used to train any model.
• Email delivery service — handles delivery of campaign and transactional messages.
• Payment processor — processes subscription payments and one-off purchases. Payment data is handled directly by the processor under their own privacy policy and never stored on our servers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
